Acupressure is a method of healing, based on the precepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 
that relies on physical manipulation of acupuncture points in order to encourage the body to
return to a state of well being. The fingers are used instead of needles to apply pressure to the
accupoints located along the body's meridian pathways.
